The Educational Video Center is a non-profit youth media organization dedicated to teaching documentary video as a means to develop the artistic, critical literacy, and career skills of young people, while nurturing their idealism and commitment to social change.

Through the EVC's New Media Workshop, we learn to create video with professionalism  and creativity. Both part of the program was to prepare us  for  personal and professional goal. First part of the workshop was learning things like public speaking, preparing for college,  turning fixed mindset into growth mindset  to be able to overcome adversity. This actually helped us in the second part of the workshop. The second part of the workshop was  basically hands on experience, we filmed video and photo as well as editing it, we took interview while making our own question about the topic for experts and street interviews. Also we filmed our self  doing a campaign at the same time practicing our public speaking skills.
